Key and Hide on Q+A this Sunday (19.07.09)
17h July 2009
On Q + A this Sunday:
This week Prime Minister John Key will be in the studio with Guyon Espiner. Mr Key says the recession is coming to an end, so what’s next on his economic to-do list? What’s his vision for post-recession New Zealand and what can he do about rising unemployment?
Paul Holmes will be interviewing Local Government minister and ACT leader Rodney Hide. Hide is pushing a taxpayer bill of rights that would cap council spending. He wants to tackle rates increases by limiting councils to core services only.
Council of Trade Unions President Helen Kelly and Alasdair Thompson from the Employers and Manufacturers Association join Therese Arseneau and Paul Holmes on the panel.
Do you have a burning question for our guests? Let us know. Email us at Q+A@tvnz.co.nz and we will put those questions to them.
Q + A is broadcast live 9-10am Sunday on TV ONE
