In support of Dame Susan, Race Relations Commissioner
Dealing with issues related to racism/racial discrimination and intolerance needs nerves of steel
Dame Susan is performing extremely well as a Race Relations Commissioner.
We must appreciate that the
role and functions of the Office of the Race
Relations
Commission is always very
challenging.
"Dealing with issues related to racism/racial discrimination and intolerance needs nerves of steel".Said Tahir Nawaz (President of International Muslim Association)
Dame Susan has come out very strongly against such issues affecting the Maoris and/ or, Migrant Kiwis.
Most recently, when we had a gathering of the
Abrahamic Faith Group people for prayer vigil at the
Wellington Mosque, the presence of Dame Susan with
all
other religious leaders was very positive.
