How did this happen?

List Sell Trade has been watching the online property tug-of-war from the sidelines.

We have developed a smart search system that captures and displays up-to-date property listings daily from around New Zealand and directs interested buyers back to the same property on the Real Estate company's own website.

Using our new search functionality, we went out and captured NZ's online property listings and displayed them onwww.listselltrade.co.nz.

We wanted to show the public and real estate agents of New Zealand that it doesn't need to be complicated or expensive to list property online.

On Trade Me, an agent listing on your behalf could pay either $79 per listing per month or $1399 per month for a subscription.

You could pay between $349 - $399 to list your property yourself.

On Realestate.co.nz - agents could pay from $54 per month for a single casual property listing.
The bulk rates for Real Estate agents are not publicly disclosed.
