Art Deco chic can be experienced in the meeting facilities which are located in the Heritage wing of the hotel and offer plentiful in house options for small to medium meetings. With conference facilities for up to 100 guests cocktail or 70 theatre style, the Crown Hotel also specialises in elite executive meetings.

Two premium penthouse suites are ideally suited to executive boardroom style meetings for up to 10 guests. An outdoor courtyard and barbeque make the most of The Crown Hotel’s stunning waterfront views and al fresco dining which the region is renowned for.

The November delivery of the Northumberland meeting space will increase meetings capacity by another 30 delegates.  At the same time, Milk + Honey Restaurant will openproviding The Crown Hotel with an exemplary culinary experience which will be owned by Sean Burns and Nic Scotland.  Sean has previous Food and Beverage Management roles at prestigious Hawke’s Bay establishments Sileni Estates, Craggy Range, and The Farm at Cape Kidnappers. 

Meetings delegates and guests to The Crown Hotel will receive service of equally exquisite proportions with General Manager Bronwyn Bulpitt personally attending to every meetings enquiry and booking. Mrs Bulpitt describes this as “just one of the differences which define The Crown Napier and set it apart as a highly desirable and unique location for executive meetings and accommodation.”
