Will Moore Presents ‘Campaign Cabaret’
Southern Ward Candidate Will Moore will kick off his campaign — cabaret-style — at Newtown Community and Cultural Centre.
Wellington City Council candidate Will Moore announced today he would throw a Campaign Cabaret to kick-start his 2013 run for the Southern Ward. Narrowly missing election in 2010, this Newtown resident and father of two is more ready than ever to help his community build stronger bonds.
On Friday 30 August, Moore will introduce himself to the community while local musicians and caterers showcase their talent. Moore invites residents to meet him, to meet his family and friends, and to find out more about his journey to become Southern Ward Councillor.
Entertainment includes locals Mara TK, Amiria Grenell, and Jessie Moss — stunning voices of community conscience. Catering will be by Our Abundance Project, who are community leaders in their own right.
When: 7pm – 9.30pm, Friday 30 August
2013
Where: Newtown Community Centre,
corner Columbo and Rintoul St, Newtown
