Electronic card transactions data for November 2009 published today on the Statistics New Zealand website included some data that could be used to derive totals for the Retail Trade Survey for October 2009, due for release on Monday 14 December 2009.

To ensure equal access to this information, Statistics New Zealand is releasing Retail Trade Survey totals for October 2009 today, in the table below. The full Retail Trade Survey media release and detailed information will be released as scheduled on Monday 14 December 2009.
