The James Cook team has proudly appointed Hayley Forrest as their new Business Development Manager (MICE), focusing on meetings and events. Hayley has a wealth of experience in Hotels, over the last 12 years she has worked in conferencing, front office and inbound sales for Grand Hotels International. As the newest member of a tight-knit Functions team, Hayley is working closely with Dorothy Collis to maintain our reputation of providing great service and developing strong relationships with PCO’s.

diverse selection of meeting venues catering for up to 350
delegates with stunning city and harbour views of
Wellington. The entire conference floor and Whitby’s
Restaurant can also be utilised for large events and
tradeshows for up to 600 guests. The hotel offers fresh,
