New President For Lincoln Students
THIRD year social science student Kerry Armstrong of Christchurch has been elected president of Lincoln University Students' Association.
A past pupil of Aranui High School, Christchurch, Kerry was elected head of the 4000-strong student body with commerce student James Simonsen of Hawkes Bay elected vice-president.
Kerry says she can offer continuity after the association has had a string of four presidents in the past two years. She is a past vice-president of the association and also sits on the University Council as a student representative.
